      圓錐破碎機:是破碎粒度≤300mm、出料粒度≤65mm石料最佳機械。使破碎圓錐的破碎壁時而靠近又時而離開固裝在調(diào)整套上的扎臼壁表面,使礦石在破碎腔內(nèi)不斷受到?jīng)_擊,擠壓和彎曲作用而實現(xiàn)礦石的破碎。

            S400電機功率400KW,進料粒徑105-460mm,每小時碎石500-1000噸;

            S240電機功率240KW,進料粒徑80-360mm,每小時碎石300-600噸;

            S220電機功率220KW,進料粒徑75-260mm,每小時碎石200-400噸;

            S155電機功率185KW,進料粒徑60-250mm,每小時碎石150-300:

            S75電機功率75KW,進料粒徑40-175mm,每小時碎石75-150噸。

            RC1650電機功率280KW,進料粒徑130-235mm,每小時碎石180-580噸;  

            RC1400電機功率220KW,進料粒徑115-215mm,每小時碎石150-440噸。


        New Type Cone Crusher :
        New type cone crusher works in this way: The electromotor of the cone crusher drives the mantle to make periodic swing movement around  a fixed point through the pulley ,   coupling,  transmission  shaft  and eccentric  sleeve ;  and consequently the surface of the mantle approaches and leaves the surface of the concave fixed on the adjusting sleeve  now and then. So that the stones are continuously impacted , squeezed , bent and finally crushed inside the crushing  cavity. 
         The machine has the following advantages: huge crushing force, high  production  efficiency, low operational cost ,convenient to adjust the space between the mantle and the concave as well as  uniform  product sizes. It is suitable for crushing  stones with   medium or over medium hardness  and with feeding sizes of no more than 300 mm and discharging  sizes of  no more than 65 mm. The type of the crushing cavity can be decided by the stone crushing requirements . The standard type is applied to medium  crushing; the medium type is applied to medium  or fine crushing;the short head type is applied to fine crushing(however, the specific feeding and discharging sizes  should be decided by the  stone hardness and by choosing crusher models .).
        The labor strength of workers has been reduced by adopting a multi-cylinder hydraulic  chamber clearing system. Locking  becomes  more reliable with two ways of locking, namely hydraulic butterfly spring cylinder locking and mechanic locking. Various  types of crushing cavity can meet the users'  different  requirements. Dust pollution to the lubricating oil   has been  avoided maximally  by adopting compensable grease  sealing, so that    all parts of the crusher can operate more reliably and serve for  longer  lives. The safety system consisting of  multi-group springs allows unbreakable matters such as  iron blocks go through the crushing cavity without damage to the crusher, resulting  to  safer and  more reliable operation .
